Cancellation Policy

🎹 Piano Mundo Studio Policy 🎹 Bringing Music to Your Life Welcome to Piano Mundo! We’re excited to have you join our musical family. Please review our studio policies below. By booking our services, you agree to these terms. 1. Free Trial Lesson ✨ All new students receive one free trial lesson. This is a great way to experience our teaching style and studio environment! 2. Missed Session Policy 🎶 If you miss a session, it is your responsibility to communicate with us or visit our student calendar on our website to reschedule within 30 days. 🎶 If a session is missed, you will typically receive an automatic email notification from us. However, it remains your responsibility to manage and reschedule your sessions in a timely manner. 🎶 After 30 days, the session is lost and no reimbursement will be provided. 🎶 If Piano Mundo cancels a session, you are entitled to either a full refund via invoice on your next billing cycle or the option to make up your session within 30 days. 3. Automatic Payments 💳 For new customers, automatic payments will occur each billing cycle until canceled. To stop automatic payments, please provide at least 10 business days’ notice before your next scheduled draft. ⚠️ If we receive your cancellation notice on or after the 10 business day window, we may not be able to prevent the next automatic draft. 4. Free Study Materials 📚 All current students have free access to study materials via our dedicated online library. Registration is required to access/download PDF resources. 5. Studio Community & Communication ✨ We encourage open communication! Please reach out with any questions or concerns. We love supporting our students and families. 6.
